Unit Price Contracts Program
The Unit Price Contracts Program awards an approved list of Unit Price Contractors for consideration of performing various types of construction, maintenance and repair work under $750,000 at University locations. This program is used by the University's Facilities, Planning and Capital Programs (FP&CP) unit as well as other authorized University entities. 4-Year A/E Program
The 4-Year A/E Program awards an approved list of professional architects and engineers for consideration of performing various types of planning, programming, design, and engineering services at University locations. This program is used by the University's Facilities, Planning and Capital Programs (FP&CP) unit as well as other authorized University entities. FP&CP's Building & Fire Safety team provides building-related life safety and code enforcement, provides a full range of required inspections for the University community and has jurisdiction for State Fire, Building, and Life Safety Codes.
Design Standards
Design Standards are intended to identify the standards and preferences of FP&CP and are applied to all remodels and new construction at UNK, UNL and UNO.
e-Bid
e-Bid is the University of Nebraska’s online bidding system which eliminates traditional paper bids and replaces them with an electronic process. The e-Bid system is the only acceptable method to submit bids for FP&CP projects.
e-Builder Project Management System
FP&CP utilizes e-Builder as its project management information system. This cloud-based software allows for a central repository of project information, streamlined communications and processes, standardized workflows, extensive reporting, project planning and limitless data archiving. Project participants are encouraged to join FP&CP in its use to effectively and efficiently partner in project solutions.
Facility Plan Request Form
Access to archived building and project information is available to university faculty, staff and designated vendors for legitimate business needs. Student access is also available, but must be sponsored by a faculty member. To request a floor plan or historical project document, click the link below.
FP&CP Staff Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é
The FP&CP team is responsible for all University of Ãå±±ÂÖ¼éfacilities planning, programming, design, construction, warranty and closeout activities. The team also provides centralized contract administration and consultation across the University system to support new builds or renovations.

FPCP Vendor Warranty Log
During the warranty phase of a project, stakeholder-identified site issues or problems—and their resolutions—are noted in the University's warranty database or "Warranty Log." Please note that sign-in is required.
