The data included in the attached report reflects employee budgeted salaries for the 2024-25 fiscal year as of July 1st 2024. Only employees holding a permanently budgeted salary line whose payroll is processed by the University are reflected.

The University of Ãå±±ÂÖ¼écompetes on a global level for top talent, and competitive compensation is key to our ability to recruit and retain the very best employees. Positions across the University reflect a wide range of compensation levels, reflecting not only the job’s duties and requirements, but also individual employee attributes such as credentials, job performance and time-in-service.
Funding Sources
Investment in talent is a high priority, but we also are committed to managing our resources effectively. We leverage non-state sources such as federal, private and other funds when possible. Nearly 40% of the University’s payroll is funded from non-state sources.
